By accessing or using Odysail, you agree to these terms:
1. Definitions
“User” refers to any individual using the platform (admin, freelancer, employee).
“Service” means the features provided by Odysail via web or mobile app.
2. Account Use
Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials. Misuse or illegal behavior may lead to account suspension.
3. Payment & Refunds
Monthly or yearly platform access fees are billed in advance. No refunds are given for partial periods unless required by law.
4. Liability & Jurisdiction
We are not liable for indirect damages or downtime. Legal disputes are governed by Estonian law under e-Residency jurisdiction.
5. Updates
We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
