We use this information to route your request, respond in a timely manner, and improve service quality. All inquiries are encrypted and stored securely in the EU.
We aim to respond to all support or sales messages within 1 business day. Urgent issues are escalated internally within 48 hours.
Your data will be deleted 24 months after your last communication unless a legal or client contract requires us to retain it longer.
